- Designed metering plans in Bluebeam Revu for new developments and corrected billing for established developments
- Billing amounts based on water meter readings and building capacity/purpose (single- vs. multi-family, residential vs. commercial)
- Identified misclassified buildings (e.g., multi-family or mixed-use as single-family residential) as sources of lost revenue
- Compiled maps of water lines in AutoCAD as reference for pending construction projects
- Inspected emergency water repair and street repair sites for retroactive permitting

Mechatronics (2023)
- Developed program for automated alignment of free-space optical audio signals using a Hexapod (6 DoF) positioning system
- Proof of concept for photonics alignment using consumer light signal (TOSLINK)
- Programmed macros for search algorithm in PI MikroMove
- Created solid models and 3D-printed mounting fixtures for precision motion stage applications
